I was contacted by the firm of Robinson , Reagan & Young ( RRY ) regarding a disputed debt with - -. In their letter dated - -, 2015 RRY indicated that they would not submit negative information to a credit reporting agency about this credit until after 30 days had expired. I was notified by a credit monitoring service that RRY filed a collection notice with - on - - 2015 ; with - on - -, 2015 ; and with - on - -, 2015. RRY failed to follow the terms of their letter and provide me with 30 days to contact them before reporting to the credit reporting agencies.
