Promised to completely remove debt collection record if debt was not valid. Did not remove automatically as promised. Cited computer coding error from -. Would not apologize. Said they did nothing wrong. Debt was sent to them for collection from -. Called to tell them that it was already paid. They reported to credit bureau before I sent proof. They promised to remove completely if debt had been paid. Checked my credit report said and - bureau had marked as closed and - showed a zero balance. Called today to complain and they blamed -. Would not apologize nor send me a letter that debt had been satisfied. If I had not called, it would still appear on my report.
