I have not received any validation of debt pertaining to a medical bill nor any record of the account. Information was supplied to insurance company and insurance paid debt in full. Notice was sent to incorrect address for court fillings against me for this debt and I did not know about the attempt to collect the debt until the garnishment was given to me through work.
