Medical Disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received
RMP Group Inc. Debt collection department,
Medical Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Texas
I currently am a patient of the establishment in question. I have not received any validation of debt pertaining to a medical bill nor any record of the account. I paid the account in full based on the fact they stated it would be removed due to inconsistency in contacting me to resolve the outstanding debt in a timely manner. I was not made aware of the debt in order to make payment properly to prevent credit reporting. Per the law the debt collection company is required to within five days of initially contacting you, the collector must send written notice of the debt that includes : The amount of the debtThe name of the original creditor to whom the debt is owedA statement describing your right to dispute the debtthis was not done therefore hindering me from resolving the matter. They did not call or send letters to me to review.
