Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Indiana

Hospital was first denied payment from insurance without more information. Information was supplied to insurance company and insurance paid debt in full. Notice was sent to incorrect address for court fillings against me for this debt and I did not know about the attempt to collect the debt until the garnishment was given to me through work. I was able to stop the garnishment by showing proof the debt was paid by the insurance, but the company has not reported or removed to the credit bureaus this has been satisfied and no longer owed,
