After being advised by identitytheft.gov I 've completed and sent a fraud affidavit via certified mail. I can see they received it but nothing has changed. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received June 25, 2016 - I was checking my credit score and I discovered that I have to credit under the name of " RS Clark & Associates '' ( see picture attache ). I never have been aware or notified about that. So I contacted them through their website and they answered with a website called " - '' and they asked me to call them. Like that they can ask me questions but unfortunately I have hearing issue on the phone so I asked them to ask me their questions in the email and I will be glad to answer. I have submitted numerous requests to RS Clark for validation of the debt and have not received validation. This is a collection account for an apartment complex. I have never entered into a lease with this apartment complex and I have asked RS Clark to see a copy of the lease I allegedly signed.
