RS Clark refuses to properly validate this debt and refuses to remove the invalidated debt from my credit listings. As I have indicated numerous times, I dispute this alleged debt in its entirety. RS Clark has not provided anything other than a - page itemized statement alleging I owe this debt. I dispute that I signed a contract agreeing to pay the amount RS Clark says I owe. I have repeatedly asked for proof that RS Clark owns this debt or has been assigned the right to collect the debt. I have repeatedly asked for proof that I owe this debt to RS Clark. I have repeatedly asked for a copy of the contract I signed agreeing to pay this debt. 15 U.S. Code 1692f states a debt collector may not use unfair or unconscionable practices to collect a debt, including : ( i ) collection of any amount not authorized by the contract. It is unconscionable for a debt collector to collect any amount in excess of those charges expressly authorized by the terms of the agreement. - - v. - -, - - -. -. Also see - v. -. -, -, - -. -. Clearly, the law supports my right for a copy of the contract I signed agreeing to pay the amounts alleged by RS Clark to be owed to them. Further, I dispute that I ever entered into an agreement with - on - - for any type of lease ending on -/-/10. I dispute each and every line item of charges itemized on the alleged statement of security deposit accounts. I am again attaching proof that RS Clark received my requests and failed to properly respond. I am again asking for this invalidated debt to be removed from all of my credit listings. Thank you.
