I was checking my credit score and I discovered that I have to credit under the name of " RS Clark & Associates '' ( see picture attache ). I never have been aware or notified about that. So I contacted them through their website and they answered with a website called " - '' and they asked me to call them. Like that they can ask me questions but unfortunately I have hearing issue on the phone so I asked them to ask me their questions in the email and I will be glad to answer. No more answer since, but in " - '' I found one Email address, so I tried again to contact, but still nothing.
