I have repeatedly disputed an account listed on my credit report as not being my account. I have submitted numerous requests to RS Clark for validation of the debt and have not received validation. This is a collection account for an apartment complex. I have never entered into a lease with this apartment complex and I have asked RS Clark to see a copy of the lease I allegedly signed. They have not been able to produce said lease in almost a year of communicating with them. In fact, RS Clark has recently closed this account because they recognize they can not validate it. However, the account needs to be removed and not just simply closed. Please remove the invalidated debt or I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Thank you.
