Bank account or service making/receiving payments, sending money January 3, 2017 - I arranged for a transfer of money from my Ally checking account into my father-in-law 's checking account on -/-/2016 and have a printed confirmation of the transaction. The transaction was arranged for through the " pay people '' application on the Ally on line web site. The transfer did not take place and despite numerous inquiries to Ally Bank I have been unable to ascertain A : the status of the transfer, B : the reason for the failure for the transfer, C : how to re-enable the transfer, or D : any information on how to contact anyone to resolve the problem.... |

I have the death certificate information for both grandparents but they request a medallion signed document that each banking institution had said is unnecessary. I would assume any reputable bank would have better protection measures in place to verify someone 's identity. Bank account or service using a debit or atm card July 1, 2016 - -/-/- someone backed into me in a crowded parking lot and since my car was unable to drive safely the party at faults insurance company was paying for a rental car. I had a meeting I had to attend before the claim number was able to clear the rental. I made a reservation at the local - for a regular small car like a Camry ( do n't really remember type of car ) which was, I 'm told, unavailable after I had arrived and it promised. Bank account or service making/receiving payments, sending money January 28, 2016 - I am an Veteran living on a fix income, I had a car loan with Ally Auto financial, I went to - to sell the car and they was n't going to pay off the loan, I had to come up with the rest of the money. I contacted Ally Auto and ask for the pay off of the car loan, they told me how much to pay off the loan, BUT Ally added a " fee '' charge to the transfer!! In several locations you 're given the option of comparing their rate to other banks ' rates. Every time I elected to see " other banks ' '' rates, it listed only - - the bank I currently use! On -/-/- I received an alert from my credit monitoring agency that Ally has reported they are in the process of repossessing my vehicle. I called Ally and they confirm the vehicle is paid in full and there report was sent to the credit bureau in error. While on the phone with the rep. he says he submitted a dispute with the - credit reporting agencies. I never authorized or applied to Ally Financial for a airlines credit card. I never gave them authorization to pull a hard inquiry on my credit. I contacted Ally collections dept today ( -/-/15 ) and spoke with a woman by the name of " - ''. I spoke with - about an issue relating to an late fee that was suppose to be adjusted about a month ago and it wasnt. - was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Everytime I would try to explain things to her I would get cut off. She wasnt a good listener at all!
