I spoke with a representative by the name of - in the Special Handling Department on -/-/2015 and was told that TransUnion had not received my police report and that was why - fraudulent account continued to report in error on my credit report. She indicated that the other fraudulent accounts were blocked because - had received my police report and shared the information to block the items.
