Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Virginia

Trans union allowed companies to access my credit report with out my permission. I have sent the unauthorized companies letters that have not been replied to and I have sent Trans union certified copy 's of letters to investigate and delete the unauthorized inquiries and it has been over 45 days and still it has not been done. - - has been discharged for over 7 years mus be deleted. I have included a statement of truth to prove I am telling the truth, please delete ALL the unauthorized inquiries from my credit report and -. please do n't force me to sue I have documented every thing and I will win.
