Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long California

I have submitted information that proves that fraud affected my account and have asked that the activity was removed. I got a response from - and they removed the activity, but not from - and TransUnion in a timely matter resulting to me not being able to get a house for my family. I 'm very disappointed and really need some results.
