I received a form letter stating items they did investigate was complete. I then sent letters out asking for verification that a reasonable investigation was done and per FCRA to send me all documentation proving such was done. They sent me a form letter back just stating how they do investigation NO information. I contacted the US Bankruptcy court and was informed that they don not deal with credit reporting agencies. That they have there own sources to place inquiries on my consumer report.
