On - -/-/- I sent a certified letter to Transunion regarding incorrect personal information and unauthorized hard inquiries showing on my file. I have written and spoken to creditors, on the phone, only to be told that I needed to dispute with the credit bureaus. - and - ( - ) even were not able to find an inquiry with my SNN in their system and told me to resolve directly with Transunion. On -/-/- I received my annual credit report from Transunion with a general letter explaining what was the inquiry. No results of the investigation were provided. I was in contact with Transunion -/-/- and -/-/- ( if I am not wrong ), in an attempt to dispute hard inquiries currently showing on my credit file.


to call back to Transunion. The supervisor said that they would not investigate and I had to contact creditors if creditors would not investigate I had to leave it as it was. I asked her to provide everything she said in writing and she refused. I then informed her that I was told by the CFPB that I had a right to dispute inquiries directly with the Credit Bureaus, as well as, obtain documentation used in the investigation. Nothing happened. In the meantime, the discrepancies go unresolved, because the creditors and credit bureaus are not on the same page. I currently have the following inquiries to be disputed : - Date- - - Date -/-/- - Date- -/-/- - Date- -/-/- and -/-/- - Date- -/-/- and -/-/- I could not dispute the inquiries, because both the customer service representative and supervisor refused to initiate the investigation. I want all fraudulent and unauthorized information to be deleted from my credit report. I also sent them a letter that I have received fro - directly ( not - ) telling that these inquiries were not authorized but should be removed but Transunion did n't remove them.
