Proof is enclosed in the two attachments with this complaint that Experian does not verify information with the creditor and even have any information on file. - has sent yet two more letters requesting information from me and my credit report because they do not have any information on me. Experian has sent back a response previously that they verified the information. It is a Federal Law that the information they put on my credit report is to be verified and not pulled from - Experian is in violation of Federal Law and also case law. They are supposed to verify information and if they can not they are to delete the information. I am not going to help - collect data because they have a legal responsibility to report accurate information. They do not have any information on me because the two credit cards that I had with them was over 7 years ago. I want this information and other negative information removed from my file because Experian has NOT been able to verify the information. If this is not done my next recourse is to take Experian to court and maybe I can win a few million dollars as other consumer 's have that were awarded compensation by the courts for Experian 's blatant refusal to remove outdated information and say it was verified. Also, if you share this complaint with others I would like to gather enough consumer 's together for a class-action lawsuit. I am disgusted and fed up with the games and the illegal activities regarding credit reporting!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SEND THIS COMPLAINT TO THE FTC BECAUSE SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!
