1st Alliance Lending application, originator, mortgage broker September 21, 2016 - I applied for a loan for a mortgage and they told me I was pre approved for a home that cost -. I went to look at the home that I wanted to purchased came back and sent in the papers for the home the home only listed for $93000.00. After submitting my papers back to them after the preapproval they told me we are sorry but we ca n't approve you for this loan.
