The CFPB will forward your complaint to 1st Alliance Lending and work to get a response. After your complaint is forwarded, 1st Alliance Lending has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. 1st Alliance Lending is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

September 21, 2016 - I applied for a loan for a mortgage and they told me I was pre approved for a home that cost -. I went to look at the home that I wanted to purchased came back and sent in the papers for the home the home only listed for $93000.00. After submitting my papers back to them after the preapproval they told me we are sorry but we ca n't approve you for this loan.
