After 9 years of consecutive payments, I am still unable to get my co-signer released from the terms of the loan I was approved for to attend -, as well as not qualifying for any income based repayment, loan forgiveness plans, or any benefits that are provided to federal student loans ... although my loan is owned by Wells Fargo- a major banking institution.
