I do not have an account with Monterey Financial Services and therefore do not know why they are emailing as if I do. I got one bill from Monterey Financial Services and then - - transferred the bill back to their office and started sending me separate billing while they said they would credit my account and fix the amount owed since they never finished the work nor gave me financial credit in nearly a year. During this time I would receive a statements from - - thinking they will fix the tub which is not functional as the video on tv and internet said it would be. They advised that I was not to pay Monterey Financial Services and that I will be billed in house due to their error of not finishing the work and billing was incorrect. It is impossible for me to be in collections with Monterey Financial Services when I do not have any affiliation with Monterey Financial Services due to being billed for my account that is still in limbo for nearly a year. Also the work on this account was never completed and after more than - calls and emails, faxes and certified


disgusting drainage flies after the installation of the tub. As of today 's date no one came to fix anything and the tub does not get hot so in order to use the tub it 's cold water. They advised on numerous occasions what they would fix it and its been nearly a year and no one has ever showed up to do anything. I have no affiliation to pay for an account that was transferred back to - from day one when I first got a bill from Monterey Finance I immediately called and was taken off the call list and billing list as a client and advised by Monterey Financial Services staff that - has the account back. I never heard back from Monterey Financial Services office now after all of these months no calls, no statements were sent not even a letter only an email from - - - advising me of arrangement to pay or obligation when there is none. No one can pay - companies at the same time. No one can pay for services not completed, no one can pay one company for a few months then the other company for another then jump back to the finance company this makes absolutely no sense and is poor business practice. I will repeat I do not have an account with Monterey Financial Services and my account is with - - as billed I am still waiting for the work to be completed so I can use the tub and also for someone to get these drainage flies out of here from the sewerage line that was incorrectly installed. I have waited nearly a year for someone to show up I have emailed, called send certified letters and not one letter in return.
