My BP Bisa/ Syncb credit card has been turned down numerous times none of which involved nonpayment or credit history. I called in today -/-/16 and gave them all of my information that they requested and they said they needed to send me an identity code to verify my identity and they needed a cell phone number. My cell was in my car and not with me so I secured it and called back. They sent a code to my cell and when they then said that they could n't verify it even though they had sent it to me. This same thing happened before with Sycrony Bank with my Sam 's club card. This bank ca n't get anything right. Now I have to wait 7-10 days to get a letter with a new code on it and I 'll bet it still wo n't work. I intend to terminate all my credit cards that are administered by Syncrony bank a I can not trust them to do anything right. Last summer I bought a new laptop computer at one of the large electronic stores and charged it on my Sam 's card through Syncrony. That charge went through and I then purchased some software for it in a separate transaction and they refused it. When I finally got through to Syncrony they said that my purchase of the software was an unusual purchase and that 's why they refused the charge. Duh! They let the charge for the computer ( $1500.00 ) go through but refused the $35.00 charge! What idiots.
