Wells Fargo would n't let me consolidate or reduce monthly payments as per my income. They also defaulted - of my - private loans I had with them despite me making partial payments. On a separate occasion I received email notification that someone tried logging in to my account and that my account had been locked. I was forced to call them to re-open it and when I told them about someone other than me trying to access my account they ignored me. Furthermore, they were harassing me for payments while in school around - of 2015. I was never offered a grace period after graduation in - of 2015 and they ended my in-school forbearance two months before it was scheduled. I understand that I may not receive anything for this but this should never happen to a student regardless of situation.
