ERC is illegally reporting a collection on my credit report due to the account being discharged in my Chapter - bankruptcy. Following the laws of the FCRA it is unlawful for the account to show a derogatory status on my report. I am also enclosing a copy of my discharge of debtor form following completion of my Chapter - bankruptcy, discharged on - -, 2014.
