I received a letter from NCB Collections attempting to collect a debt that I do not owe. I disputed the debt. They sent me a response letter with purported information that says I do owe the debt. However, as you will see, this application is not in my name ( not even the correct sex ), not my address, not anywhere close to me at all. In fact, NCB violated someone else 's privacy by sending me this information ( an - - to be exact ). Again, they did not verify the debt belongs to me, since what they sent me is for someone else entirely and they violated that person 's privacy by sending me their information. I am enclosing the dispute letter I sent to NCB along with their response and document.
