May 17, 2016 - I received a letter from NCB Collections attempting to collect a debt that I do not owe. I disputed the debt. They sent me a response letter with purported information that says I do owe the debt. However, as you will see, this application is not in my name ( not even the correct sex ), not my address, not anywhere close to me at all. October 21, 2015 - a company named NCB management services called my cell phone and did not leave a message. I returned the call and could not make contact with a live person. Instead I was transferred numerous times by recorder messages and finally ended up at a company voice mail box.
