May 17, 2016 - I received a letter from NCB Collections attempting to collect a debt that I do not owe. I disputed the debt. They sent me a response letter with purported information that says I do owe the debt. However, as you will see, this application is not in my name ( not even the correct sex ), not my address, not anywhere close to me at all.
