I disputed the debt. They sent me a response letter with purported information that says I do owe the debt. However, as you will see, this application is not in my name ( not even the correct sex ), not my address, not anywhere close to me at all. In fact, NCB violated someone else 's privacy by sending me this information ( an - - to be exact ). I understood only collection accounts are turned over to agencies for payment.
