I am continually harassed about making my payment. They will send me text messages saying they are making a payment with or without my authorization. I am never more than 10 days past my due date when making a payment. They continue to text me and tell me they will repossess my vehicle the next morning if I do not make a payment immeadiately. If I am unable to take their phone call they will call a list of references I was required to give them to be able to finance my vehicle. I have not given them the authorization to harass my references but they do. I ask them for proof of the ability to repossess without giving me a 10 day notice to cure which they have not and I am repeatedly told its in my contract and they will highlight it and send it to me. Never have I received this document. Upon my financing I was told that this was the only company that would finance me but that was not the case I was also approved by - - - as well but not given the option. This company I am financed with I was not told is owned by the dealership I used. I found out after they sent my loan information.
