Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Florida

I have been trying to get a modification for my home primary residence '' for over a year now. I send the documents that the servicer SELENE FINANCE '' requests, but they continue to ask for the same documents on a repeated bases, nothing seams to move in the direction of a modification. I was told that the file would go to underwriting, but then they say that more documents are needed, and then they ask for the same documents. I have a foreclosure sale date scheduled for - - 2015.
