So i entered into an agreement to repay the debt. I was sent an email of a letter after i asked that a physical copy be mailed to me. i then noticed small typos and no street address only a po box . He said he had legal paperwork to deliver, and that I was being sued by a company called Northwind Associates for an unpaid debt from 4 years ago. Highland Capital Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay May 8, 2015 - North Wind Associates keeps calling my cell, my work etc with threats to come to my work or home and arrest me or serve me with legal papers if I do not pay, I am on probation and can not go to jail!
