Payday loan Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Texas

North Wind Associates keeps calling my cell, my work etc with threats to come to my work or home and arrest me or serve me with legal papers if I do not pay, I am on probation and can not go to jail! These people have mislead me into making a payment with these kinds of threats because I do not want them to come to my work, they have even said they would follow me. - thing is to take me to court to get payments etc thats fine, but threats to arrest me or take property away from me is illegal. Can someone please help me with them? Greatly appreciate it.
