Highland Capital Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls June 2, 2015 - A recorded voice from Northwind Associates '' calls saying that they have exclusive information about a debt - - '' and if you are not - - '' then please hang up. Otherwise they threaten legal action if I do n't call them at - which is only answered by voicemail. This is a scam. I never heard of this company and do n't owe any debt. Please track them down and make them stop! ... |
