Bayside Capital Services, LLC Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying April 16, 2015 - I received a phone call from a private number and answered. It was a phone call of a man that states he is a - private mailing company and he needs to deliver me papers to sign from a debt collection agency on taking me to court. I was in shock, I was like who are you, would not give me a name, or even a company. He said he had to deliver it at my work between - and - the next day. I said I would not be at work at that time.
