Bayside Capital Services, LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action May 21, 2015 - I was contacted via phone from a private number in which a male left me a voicemail stating that someone would be serving me papers at my home and place of employment which he said he would require a signature from my manager. He left a number to call - and a case # -. I contacted that number and a person by the name of - - at Bayside Capital Services answered. He did not during the course of our call state he was a debt collector nor did he state the required FDCPA statement. This is an attempt to collect a debt ...
