February 29, 2016 - I went through a bankruptcy in -/-/- through -/-/-. I received a chapter - discharge. As part of the bankruptcy process I surrendered real property which has an address - - -, -, GA -. I immediately vacated the real property and did not force the lienholder to evict me. EverBank Mortgage credit decision / underwriting

November 12, 2015 - I bought a house and got Everbank to to service the loan. I was supposed receive a credit ( loan origination fee, etc., were supposed to be waived ) for choosing Everbank. This is shown on the original HUD- that was sent to me by the Everbank loan officer two days prior to closing. When I reviewed the HUD- at the actual closing, the numbers were different. May 15, 2015 - Issue - - Please reference complaint - - on the PMI. Please see the attached letter received from Everhome Mortgage acknowledging her subsequent requests to have PMI removed and a check for $8800.00. This was obtained when we submitted a complain to the Washington State Attorney General.
