Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received May 20, 2015 - I was told by Original Creditor - - that Nationwide Credit Inc. ( NCI ) is the servicer of this old charged off - store card account. They provided me with this phone # - to contact to pay this account in an effort to have it removed from my credit report. However, this company has never contacted me, nor sent me anything with regard to this to dispute it nor anything else and when I call - which I have done NUMEROUS times they have a recorded message that will have you wait on hold for a moment then will say they are not able to take your call and to call back or leave a message.
