Nationwide Credit , Inc. ( NCI '' ) frequently contacts me more than once per day and more than federal laws allow. At times, the telephone calls take place up to - times in a single - hour period. See attached copy of the - -, 2015 demand letter for additional details and examples. Although NCI received the demand letter on - -, 2015, they continue to call me repeatedly. - has called me no less than - times between - - and the present date. See attached : copy of certified mail receipt ( front and rear views ) and photographs of my cellular telephone log. NCI also violates federal law by failing to provide me with the information to which I am legally entitled. On - -, 2015, I verbally communicated a request to receive both a verification of my debt and a current statement of my account to a collection agent known to me only as -. '' Although this person told me that I can expect to receive the requested information and that it would come from a Pennsylvania address, I never received anything from NCI. For this reason, I have no contacts, monthly statements, receipts or additional correspondence to submit.
