I was told by Original Creditor - - that Nationwide Credit Inc. ( NCI ) is the servicer of this old charged off - store card account. They provided me with this phone # - to contact to pay this account in an effort to have it removed from my credit report. However, this company has never contacted me, nor sent me anything with regard to this to dispute it nor anything else and when I call - which I have done NUMEROUS times they have a recorded message that will have you wait on hold for a moment then will say they are not able to take your call and to call back or leave a message. I have tried emailing them and faxing them to no avail. I CAN NOT get ahold of this company in any form or fashion and we are purchasing a home and must get this account Paid/Settled.
