FCI needs to disclose the amount my mortgage was bought for because since my address did not change, - sold this note, I am only legally obligated for the amount this mortgage was sold for. A couple years later I applied for loan modification. I was told by - - representatives to discontinue making payments while they reviewed the application for remodifying the loan. However this company FCI Lenders Services , Inc has failed to send me statements, or provide any info such as a website on how I can obtain any info on the loan that I have been paying to them for quite some time since 2012. I have been paying on the loan since this time with no late or past due payments. Upon refinancing another mortgage I learned none of my payments ere being reported to the credit bureau.
