September 29, 2016 - Pinnacle Recovery, a collection agency called my place of business and left a detailed message regarding my debt. When I returned the call and complained that it was a violation of federal law to call one 's place of business, the gentleman denied it. I then asked for their business ' address so I could submit a complaint about them and he refused to give me the business ' address. He then said he would only provide the address if I paid the debt. I refused to pay the debt and that is where we currently stand....

Pinnacle Recovery, Inc. Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls

September 28, 2015 - I have paid my account in full ( less than 30 days since receiving notice ), and I am still receiving multiple calls per day. Today I received a call from Pinnacle debt collection and told the person that I wanted to speak with the representative of the company that holds my maintenance dues in order to sort out why they are saying I owe more money than was paid. He refused to hang up and blocked my line from being used for outgoing calls. I would hang up and wait 30 seconds and pick up the line to call out and he was still there.
