Pinnacle Recovery, a collection agency called my place of business and left a detailed message regarding my debt. When I returned the call and complained that it was a violation of federal law to call one 's place of business, the gentleman denied it. I then asked for their business ' address so I could submit a complaint about them and he refused to give me the business ' address. He then said he would only provide the address if I paid the debt. I refused to pay the debt and that is where we currently stand.
