Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease December 16, 2016 - I was told by the auto repair company that I was getting a line of credit with the actually repair company not a lending service, and then when they repaired my vehicle, they cracked my windshield, put no transmission fluid in my vehicle nor oil, weeks later my entire truck broke down. I informed that that I would not be paying for those services until my vehicle was repaired. My vehicle was never repaired causing me to have to junk it and now me and my - kids are without transportation.... |

I agreed to pay - payments of $49.00 per month. One month after receiving the equipment I received a letter from Monterey Financial Services advising that I have a loan with them. A week later the account showed up on my credit bureau report. I never agreed to having an installment loan placed on my credit bureau reports. - - took it upon themselves to set up an account with Monterey Financial.
