USAA Savings consumers have reported over 61 official complaints related to Problems caused by my funds being low. Out of the 61 consumer complaints against USAA Savings, 10% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how USAA Savings responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 34% of consumer complaints against USAA Savings resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 3% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

This has happened to me on three separate occasions. Also, USAA allowed me to make a transfer from a balance that USAA had mistakenly informed me I had, then, charged me an NSF fee for this transfer. My complaint is they charge $25.00 overdraft fees even though I had sufficient funds available the day the transactions posted and were recorded on my on-line bank statement.
