June 3, 2015 - I was pre-appreoved for a mortgage in -/-/-/-/-/2014 with Franklin First Financial. I was directed into an FHA mortgage because of my troubled credit history. I was not made aware of the up front funding fee or the annual insurance premium until days before the closing.
