Hi I have an account with Franklin First FinancialIn Late - I Paid two months mortgage payments in advance and I was instructed that to get refunded the additional payment made in error I would have to grant them access to deduct another mortgage payment which in turns means I will be immediately refunded. Unfortunately the last response provided from the Mortgage company is that they owe me no funds.
