This was on - I recently changed my Checking account number due to a car theft ( check book was inside car ). Went online and made ( so I thought ) payment scheduled for -/-/-. one week later I noticed nothing was deducted out of my checking account, so I called back and they said it would take 10 - 12 business days even though I made them before and it took about 48 hours to process.
