At that time I was told my car would be repoed and I could not be late. The representative told me my due date would have to change. Consumer Portfolio Services Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease January 7, 2016 - I have another complaint with Consumer Portfolio Services as well. I was going over my current credit report and noticed that CPS has closed the account and charged it off as of - -, 2015. They are still charging me fees and showing a monthly increase on the account, and trying to receive payment for it. How can they do that when they closed and charged off the account???
