Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Arizona
I received a loan from consumer portfolio services in - of -, in - I contacted them to advise them I would be a week late on my payment. At that time I was told my car would be repoed and I could not be late. The representative told me my due date would have to change. I told them I did not want my due date change, they changed it anyway. I requested for them to change my due date back to the original date when I saw on my next statement. They told me I was not able to request another due date change. I told them I never requested the date to be changed to begin with. They were no help. Further into the loan I requested for - extensions total. It would change my maturity date from - of - to - -. My maturity date now is - -. I asked why my maturity date was added by 9 months. The rep tried telling me that i requested - due date changes as well which adds to my due date. Which is incorrected I never requested -, non the less -. They lady at that
after my maturity date. They change my dates without request, add money to my account that is not legitamate. There is illegal handling of my account, when I ask why I still owe so much money after my loan ends they can not give me a legal valid reply. They tell me a supervisor will contact me but never does. They do n't make accurate notes on my account on what the conversation entales. They make endless excuses about my account and why I will owe so much after. They have harassed me and my family multiple times througout my loan with them.
