RFNA, LP Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay January 17, 2016 - I lost my job so I was unable to make payments on a Republic Finance loan. They obtained a judgment against me and cleared - my bank accounts. They have sent me an offer letter and I have accepted, twice. The first acceptance letter I sent was by regular mail and the second was by certified mail. They have yet to respond to either ; however, they do continue to update my credit report negatively. I paid the loan on time, except once. The reps called me constantly throughout the day, even at my job. I informed the location manager that I was going to come in to get a payment history printout so that I could pay the loan off because they were being very unprofessional regarding the matter.
