Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Mississippi

I lost my job so I was unable to make payments on a Republic Finance loan. They obtained a judgment against me and cleared - my bank accounts. They have sent me an offer letter and I have accepted, twice. The first acceptance letter I sent was by regular mail and the second was by certified mail. They have yet to respond to either ; however, they do continue to update my credit report negatively. I just want to settle this debt before damaging my credit further.
